1. About Wasooli
Wasooli helps users create and manage contracts, set up payment reminders, and obtain guidance relating to late or unpaid invoices. Wasooli is not a law firm and does not provide formal legal representation.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
4. Use of the Services
You agree that you will:
- Provide accurate and complete information when using the Services.
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
- Not upload or share content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing.
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
5. No legal advice
Information, templates, and guidance provided through Wasooli are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. You should consult a qualified lawyer for legal advice on your specific situation.
6. Fees and payments
Some parts of the Services may be offered for a fee (such as contract drafting, review, or consultation services). Prices will be communicated before you confirm any paid service. We may change our pricing from time to time, but any changes will not apply retroactively to services you have already paid for.

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (for example, payment gateways or communication providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
8. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Services (including logos, branding, design, software, and content) are owned by or licensed to Wasooli. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services solely for your own internal business or personal use.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wasooli and its founders, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wasooli from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are misusing the Services.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
