This policy applies to paid services such as contract drafting, contract review, consultation sessions, and any subscription or in-app purchases that we offer directly (excluding payments handled entirely by app stores which are subject to their own refund policies).

2. General principle

We aim to provide clear, high-quality services. Because many of our services involve time, expertise, and personalised work, not all payments are refundable. However, we will review each request fairly and in good faith.

3. Situations where a refund may be offered

  • The paid service was not delivered at all (for example, you paid for a contract draft and we did not provide any draft within the agreed timeframe).
  • You were charged twice in error for the same service.
  • There was a clear technical issue on our side that prevented you from accessing a paid feature or service, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

4. Situations where a refund is normally not offered

  • You changed your mind after the work was substantially completed.
  • You decide not to use a delivered contract, review, or consultation outcome.
  • Results did not meet expectations that were not clearly agreed in writing beforehand.
  • You do not follow the guidance or strategy discussed and the outcome is different from what you hoped.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@wasooli.app with:

  • Your full name and contact details.
  • The date and description of the purchase.
  • Payment reference or receipt (if available).
  • A short explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

We will normally respond within 7–14 days with a decision or a request for more information.

6. Refund method

Approved refunds will usually be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider.
